How long will it take you to get to me?
When you call us, we’ll get a truck dispatched as soon as we have your details and location. We’re based in Winton, Southland, so depending on how close you are to us, the time for us to arrive could be a few minutes or over an hour. However, we’ll always give you an estimate on the phone so that you know what kind of wait times to expect.
We also have a roadside assistance service that can help you get back on the road with flat tyre repair, battery jumpstarts, lockouts, and other small fixes.
What’s the best way to get my vehicle towed quickly?

What happens if I have several people with me?
Our tow trucks have seats for several people so that everyone can get off the road safely. However, let us know if you have more than 4 people with you when your vehicle breaks down so that we can help you arrange a way for everyone to get where they need to be.
Can you help me if my vehicle is off-road?
Absolutely! Our skilled team can handle run-of-the-mill breakdowns like ones on the side of the road or in a parking lot, we can take care of tricky situations too. If your vehicle is off-road, we can recover it as long as we can get the truck to the area. The same goes for vehicles that are partially or fully underwater.
Difficult recoveries like this can take a little more time than a typical breakdown though, and giving a proper estimate without seeing what happened firsthand is more challenging. But we’ll do our best to let you know what to expect and tell you if we have to revise our initial estimate once we arrive and see for ourselves.
Will my insurance help with towing?
If your vehicle is covered, your insurance will likely pay for the towing expenses for you. You can also choose to work with the towing company of your choice. What if I’m a visitor and don’t live in Southland?
We’ll see that you’re taken care of and get somewhere safe, whether that be your home in Southland or another place like a motel. If you don’t live in Southland, we can get the vehicle to a repair shop and take you to lodging that is nearby where you can stay.
